Kshitij founded Clovertex in 2019 to specialize in building High Performance Computing architecture frameworks on Amazon Web Services. He is a seasoned technology executive and a serial entrepreneur who has a passion for starting and growing companies and developing win-win partnerships. Kshitij has a proven track record of identifying market opportunities to create differentiating and transformational applications.

With experience spanning 18 years in the IT industry, Ruturaj has excelled across diverse sectors, including Healthcare, Banking, and Insurance. Renowned for his strategic acumen, he specializes in orchestrating seamless operations for a spectrum of IT infrastructure projects, automation initiatives, and database migrations—both on cloud and on-premises environments.
Ruturaj’s proficiency extends to people and process management, where he has successfully overseen large teams exceeding 100 members. He is committed to fostering exceptional client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ruturaj’s unique strength is bridging the gap between business objectives and IT solutions, focusing on continuous improvement to enhance customer value.
Naincy Kumar serves as the HR Director for India at Clovertex, where she leads the people strategy and organizational development agenda. With over 16 years of experience across R&D centers, startups, and global enterprises, she brings a deep understanding of how to design scalable HR frameworks that support business transformation and cultural evolution.
Across her career journey, Naincy has been recognized for her ability to blend strategic foresight with grounded execution. She has been instrumental in strengthening leadership capability, enabling high-performing teams, and driving initiatives that align employee development with organizational growth.
For Naincy, HR goes beyond policies and processes—it’s about shaping workplaces where people are inspired, empowered, and enabled to thrive.
Vinay is an IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in both technical and consulting space across multiple geographies such as US, UK, and APAC. He has worked extensively across multiple roles and responsibilities managed numerous large-scale business intelligence, custom data warehouse & big data pojects in an Architect/Tech lead/PM role. Vinay empowers sales teams by works closely with them across the complete sales cycle. In addition, he has played leadership role in building and heading offshore development center for several leading analytics companies.
Ben has a track-record of leading global technology-centric consulting organizations through various stages of growth from inception to exit. His experience includes bringing new services and solutions to market and integrating acquisitions to increase an organization’s competitive positioning and value. He has worked across a variety of industries and technologies. Ben is passionate about building organizations that set a high bar for serving their customers and employees.
