We are in search of a skilled and motivated High-Performance Computing (HPC) Cloud Engineer specializing in scientific and engineering applications for our dedicated team at Clovertex. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker. You will also be responsible for optimizing our HPC workloads for performance and efficiency.
Design and provide technical enablement for components and subsystems of drug discovery research applications for our Life Sciences customers. Candidates must have 8+ years/L3 experience with Python, Groovy and Jenkins and hands-on experience working with different AWS services like EC2, EBS, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, S3 and EKS. AWS Solution Architect Associate and DevOps Associate and higher are a plus.
Must have experience with NGS pipelines, developing and writing automated scripts for bioinformatics algorithms and data visualization. Candidates should have good communication skills, subject matter expertise of the bioinformatics domain (ngs/multiomics) and the technical skills required to work with bioinformatics pipelines. Experience in DevOps for bioinformatics pipelines and hands-on experience with docker and container required.
